The work explores the conversation between the real and the replicated. With questions around the nature and presence of objects that are something other than sculpture.
It involves an investigation into the nature of an object and the resulting narratives we attach to those objects. Archaeological processes and methodologies are used to create and explore the speculative narratives, the work purposefully reverses the process of recalling history and instead implies a future.
Photogrammetry and 3D printing are used in conjunction with manufactured elements to produce augmented realities, with the intention to offer interpretations around the hybrid spatial structures that cross subjective and physical boundaries.
