Liv Jarman

Liv Jarman, originally from Walsall and currently based in Manchester. Her practice critically engages with the complexities of human addiction, neglect, and the processes of psychological and physical healing. Through the use of repetition and environmental conditions—particularly humidity—Jarman constructs immersive experiences that mirror states of vulnerability, endurance, and transformation.

Central to her work is an acute sensitivity to human connection, which informs both her conceptual framework and material choices. This attentiveness enables a practice that is not only reflective but also responsive, positioning her work within ongoing dialogues around care, terror, and embodied experience.
