We are looking for a Marketing Manager!
Paradise Works is looking for a creative and organised Freelance Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our exhibitions, events, artists and public programme.
You'll manage our website, social media, email marketing and digital campaigns, helping to grow audiences and raise the profile of one of the North West's leading artist-led studio organisations. We're looking for someone with experience in digital marketing, excellent copywriting skills, and an interest in contemporary visual arts. Experience with website management, Mailchimp and social media is essential.
The role is offered on the basis of 48 freelance days at £175 per day until February 2026, with potential for extension subject to future funding.

Paradise Works is looking for an experienced and organised Freelance Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our exhibitions, events, artist development opportunities and public programme.
Working closely with our team, you'll coordinate projects from planning through to delivery, support artists and creative practitioners, develop partnerships, manage budgets and contribute to funding, evaluation and reporting. We're looking for someone with experience managing arts or cultural programmes, excellent project management skills, and a passion for contemporary visual arts and artist-led practice.
The role is offered on the basis of 48 freelance days at £175 per day until February 2026, with potential for extension subject to future funding.
